The Banks is a residential complex with four buildings: three towers and a wide, lower building connecting the site to the neighbourhood to the rear. The entire project offers a wide variety of housing types: large and small flats with beautiful outdoor spaces that allow residents to enjoy the beautiful courtyard garden to the fullest.
Architectural firms OFFICE Kersten Geers David Van Severen and Nicolas Firket Architects opted for a sleek and sober architectural design with three towers, each with its own façade colour. Landscape architect Bas Smets designed the calming, green outdoor space.
The Banks will be the heart of a renewed neighbourhood in Brussels with lots of greenery. The delightful green zone between the different buildings is an ideal gateway to the future Beco Park along the quays. That park will be connected to a large landscape park on the Tour & Taxis site. So the neighbourhood will get a huge injection of greenery in the coming years.
